Alta provides a wide range of floorplans. Plan A is a 960 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Plan B is a 482 square foot studio with single bath. Plan C1 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with 1032 square feet. At 1159 square feet, plan C2 has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plan D is a one-bedroom, one bath with 653 square feet. Plan E is a slightly larger 1 bedroom, one bath with 679 square feet. Plan F has 1144 square feet and 2 bedrooms and baths. Plan G is another 2 bedroom, 2 bath, but has 1195 square feet. Plan H is the largest floorplan at Alta with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1227 square feet. Plan H is a 1227 square-foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Plan K is Alta’s largest one-bedroom plan, with one bath and 750 square feet. Plan I is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 1013 square feet, and plan S7 is a 632 square foot studio.
